Scrappiness to share.......

Hi friends, just popping by with some shares.  The first layout here was shared on the Prima blog last week.

Secondly I have something exciting to share.  For the month of March I am a guest designer for Scrapmatts chipboard.  I had so much fun playing with all this gorgeous chippie product:)  You can find the rest of my projects here !! 

"Love Books"

 I used a Penny Farthing and the Name Plates which I cut in half.  I just love the ornate edges on them.



Another project using a Printer's Tray.  I love this little tray, it is soooo cute and decorating it was so much fun!  Lots of texture and crackle paint.

Lastly I just want to wish this precious little man of mine a Happy 5th Birthday for tomorrow.  I can't believe my big boy is 5, I swear he has barely changed a day since he was born.  The minute he was born, these big brown eyes looking at us, we thought he had been here before!  He has an absolute memory like you wouldn't believe, he blows me away somedays with things he remembers......I think this might be the reason he seems to be doing well in prep.  So proud of him, he got his first award on parade last week for great writing and storytelling!! Have an awesome day buddy, love you to pieces x

Shimmerz and MME...

Oh it's so sunny and beautiful here at the moment.  Maybe a little too hot, but I would have that over the cold any day!!!  I am a little sad that summer is offically over and we will soon be moving into the cooler months.  Now yellow isn't a colour that I've scrapped alot with lately.  I don't know why, it's such a happy colour:)  I pulled out my MME papers (who doesn't love this new range) and went with all the colours! 

Shimmerz offers any colour you could imagine and here is what I used to create my layout.

Vibez in Before Dawn

Shimmerz in Coal

Pearlz in Blue By U

 

The picture of the boys wasn't the best, I just took it on my iphone but I loved it anyway!

 

"Snuggles"

 



 Lots of splatters of Coloringz and Vibes.  I always take the nozzle off the bottle and apply it by flicking the excess onto the page.   Lots of texture paste on my distressed edges and added more Shimmerz.

Love my little banner and twine:)  Oh yeah, I have also found a new love of Washi tape!  I have some or order.  I know I am a little slow with trends but I just picked up this Amy Tangerine tape at my lss and I'm hooked!!

Makes me happy:)

Just a little layout I can share with you today of my bubba.  I have been so busy lately with everything....with life and made this a couple of weeks ago just because!!  Using lots of Crate Paper Random collection, Sass (I love this grey dot paper), a splash of Prima and a little Hambly:)  Oh, I love this layout, makes me smile, I hope it makes you smile too!!!

And look at my gorgeous little boy now, 9 months old next week.  I think he might just be my cheekiest by far, doing stuff and into stuff the other 2 never did.........but oh so adorable, I almost want another.....almost!!!!!  Look 2 toothy pegs, 2 dimples, blonde hair, blue eyes.......I'm in love:) 

Okay, must get off here, need sleep, having way too many late nights trying to get stuff done......

Hi lovely blog readers.  Just sharing a new Shimmerz project plus some more Prima CHA!

My first layout was created using this awesome Valentines set from Shimmerz!!  You can purchase it here if you want this beauty for yourself:)

So here is my layout I made with this set.......I also added in Coloringz in Pink Stiletto:)

I took some cute pics of the little boys the other day with a red heart lollipop, I just love this picture of Mason!  I don't really use alot of pinks on the boys layouts but this one just fitted perfectly.

"Baby Valentine"



So, you know how I am totally addicted to banners of any kind well here is my take on a heart banner!!!  I loved this paper by Basic Grey.  Gorgeous colours too!  The background paper is a Pink Paislee mistable and there is also a little bit of Sass in there too (the red heart paper).



Here is a closeup of the Shimmerz work.  I created the hearts in the background with modelling paste and sprinkled Enamelz all over them before they set hard.  Lots of splashes of colour too!

Of course some Prima flowers were added and Shimmered too (eeeevvvverything on my Shimmerz projects get Shimmered....lol)!!!!

Next up is the Prima BAP for February.  Gorgeous sketch, had loads of fun creating this one!

Here is my take on the sketch. My gorgeous middle man who is growing way to fast.  He cracks me up every single day with the things he comes out with + he's a fantastic little helper!  He isn't as much of a poser as his big brother so I had to bribe him with an iceblock to take this shot of him!!

And my layout using this collection.  It is a very girly range but I think it works just as well for sweet baby boy pictures:):)  He truly is a blessing this little boy, just love him to bits!

I love the birdcage stamp, I stamped it on transperancy and then applied a little bit of texture paste to it:)

The flowers in the print of this collection are just stunning!  Lots to cut out and layer:)

Another stamped birdcage and look at the gorgeous new butterflies....love them!

Just another piece I would love to put in my beach house when I get one........lol!!!!  I thought this little lighthouse was adorable but it needed a little bit of altering!  I used the Songbird collection here with lots of beachy elements, flowers, netting and shells:)

In the CHA booth this year at Prima all of us girls on the design team created an ATC to give to another member on the team.  I have never made an ATC before!  Never created on something so tiny!!!  I hope Leslie likes mine.......and I can't wait to get one from Ania:):)

More New Prima!

**Sigh** More beautiful Prima to share with you today:)  First up is Nature Garden.  Lovely muted tones in this collection.

I made this altered canvas with the intention of displaying it in our new rumpus room we have just renovated.  I have a little thing for grey atm and this is going to fit perfectly in our room.  With just a hint of my fave shade of blue!!

Next is Meadow Lark......so pretty and extremely girly!  Just had to do a Gracie layout!

I painted the background paper with Shimmerz and modelling paste and gesso.
