I now have some brand new Prima Marketing products and projects to share with you!!!  So exciting that I got to create for CHA this coming January show!!  It is so surreal to see your work hanging there!  It was a hectic couple of weeks getting things created but it's done now and I can now relax on holidays with my family!

The first reveal is the beautiful new collection by Frank Garcia, Love Clippings.  Here is a sneaky peek of the products which will be available........

And here is my creation using Journal cards and Flowers from the collection.

The blooms are just stunning!

The next share is the new Prima Princess colouring books.  I got to have a play with Book 2.  Now I have never coloured in one of these Princesses before......I just loved every minute of it and am so excited to do more :)

I added my Princess to a 12 x 12 watercolour page so I could extend on the watercolour effect :)  I used Watercolor pencils and Watercolor Confections.
She is so super pretty!!

Thanks for visiting, I hope you enjoyed my Prima sneak, loads of beautiful things to come!!!!

Catching up on Prima :)

Hi there!  I had a few issues with my blog, but coming in to it today, it seems to be working fine again!!  I have a few projects to catch up on but I'll start with these 2 Prima pages :)

The first one was my DT sample for the November BAP challenge.

I used Rossibelle collection paper for the background here.....along with lots of flowers and mixed media products :)

' By The Sea '

My next creation today is about being Thankful.  It went up on the Prima BLOG yesterday! You will find my product list there :)

I used some Vintage Emporium papers and stickers and added in my own splashes of blues, turquoise and mustards!  I wasn't sure how all the colours would work with this collection but I think it turned out perfect :)

I think this canvas piece is the cutest thing I have ever made!!!

When my bestie come to me and said she would love a Bambi for her babe I was a bit anxious about it.  For starters Bambi is brown!!!!!  I don't do!!!!!
But I absolutely love how this turned out...........

I created her using all Prima Marketing products including watercolours, flowers and the wooden alphas.

Isn't she pretty?

Have a wonderful day xxx

Prima Flower Feature

My baby boy featured over on the Prima blog the other day in a flower feature.  My favourite Prima product ever is the flowers, always will be.....I'm a flower girl for sure :)  I just had to put my hand up to create for this feature!

Check out the Blog to see more beautiful inspiration!

I have also got a little sneaky peek to share of my creative process..............

Step 1.  The background - Gesso, Stencil with paste and then apply your mists.

Step 2.  Photomat - Lots of square pieces of paper (distressed on the edges) layered for your photo to sit on.  A little bit of Calico and Hessian for added texture and shabbiness :)

Step 3. Add twine and then your photo.

Step 4.  I add the wirey floral vine here (you can get from you florist),  I am at the end of my batch so it's all just falling apart, I just wrapped more twine around it to keep it in tact!

Step 5.  I start to apply my keep in mind I never glue them down straight away.  I always fiddle with them for a little bit and when I am happy with their placement, I will then adhere.

Step 6.  More flowers and a little bit of cheesecloth tucked in there too.

Step 7.   When I have all of my florals in place.  I will then dig out all of my mixed media products once again and add more and more texture.  Such as glitter, Art Stones, more misting and Gesso to the flower tips.

I hope you liked my little how to on my process!

I just have to spam you with these super cute pics of Jagger I just edited from our recent time over the holidays at the beach :)

I am really loving using my Nikon again!!  I forgot what amazing pictures it took ;)
