Shimmerz Seaside canvas

Hello!!!  This canvas was shared over on the Shimmerz blog yesterday.  

I was at our little holiday house by the beach when I created this.........hence the beachy inspiration!

 

 

 

 

Shimmerz products used:

 

Coloringz Well Blue Me Down and Don't Citron Me

Inklingz Blue Lagoon and Pugnacious Purple

 

 

 

 

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

 



A bit of stencilling for the background and then I added the Coloringz sprays.  I sprayed some water over the top to give it a watercolour effect.  Do you spy the cute crab down the bottom....he blends into the canvas just like they do on the beach also :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then I started to layer on my embellishments.........

 

 

 



 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I wanted to add a little dimension into the canvas, so I added the dark colour Pugnacious Purple to a few of the areas under the shells.

This piece actually brings me to the end of my time on the Shimmerz Design Team.   I am so very thankful to the wonderful Shimmerz family for having me all of these years!  I will miss you all loads!

How lucky am I to be a Mumma to these 4 beautiful boys??!!!  I count my blessings every single day for them.  They certainly are my greatest adventure.  

 

I created this layout using lots of pretty colours and some of the Hello Love collection by Crate Paper.  I just adore the colours in this collection!

When we go away for a few weeks to our holiday house, I always like to take a little stash of goodies with me.  I didn't get to play as much as what I would of liked, baby J still needs lots of attending to but I managed to sneak in a little creative time.

 

I still call Mason my baby but he is just so big now that Jagger has arrived, he is adorably sweet with his brother and is so sensitive towards him!!  They are so cute together.  This photo was taken when Jagger was about 2 weeks old....I can't believe how much he has grown since and I have so many gorgeous photos of the 2 of them together!!

Hello!!!  Well we are finally back from holidays and getting back into the swing of things......still a week and a bit of school holidays though :) :)

Merry & Bright - PLS

 Hello! Happy New Year to you all!  Thank you for your support of my craft over the past year (and years for that matter....I've been sharing my creations for a while now)!

2015 was pretty amazing for us with the arrival of our precious Jagger!  Here's hoping 2016 delivers us with good health, new adventures and lots of love and fun!!!!

I just want to stop by with a Pretty Little Studio creation I created a few weeks back :)

Family photos :)

 Hi there!!  I just wanted to stop by with a few photos that have been taken over the past few months! For the first time I had some maternity photos taken back in September.  I am so glad I had these taken as Jagger completes our family!  I just wanted to share a few photos that our photographer captured just perfectly.  The second session we had was the family/newborn shoot (he was 10 days old).  Can't wait to get canvases of these!!  Love our family of 6!

His First Christmas - Shimmerz

 

Hello there!

Today I have a layout to share of my bubba's first Christmas photo.  I have used lots of different Shimmerz products here along with lots of embellishments.

I really love this colour combo together!!  Just a touch of red and my favourite turquoise tones!
