Layouts & Excitement:):)

Hope everyone's week has been great:)
I haven't used Basic Grey in a little while (except for their felties) but I just couldn't resist their cute new ranges "Oliver"and "Olivia" This is Olivia, so cute with the little animals. I was flicking through all my pics and found these of Gracie on a swing:) I cut the doily in half and added some prima flowers. I didn't want to cover the background paper with too much stuff because it is so sweet.
"Hold On Honey"
Some close ups....I used more Cloud buttons from The Chip Chop Shop....I can't wait to see what new goodies Leeann has in store soon:)

An older photo of Kobi in his Froggy towel. I used Rouge De Garence pp "Vivaldi". Lots of paint, misting and some De Lovely Chipboard from Cosmo Cricket. The butterflies are from Clear Cut Crafts and there are also some Such Sweet Tierney Buttons on here too:)
"Froggy"

Check out the cute Froggy pin from MLBOW....there is also a birdie and a couple of buttons...see if you can find them all:)

Now, just a little sneaky for you, something that will be shared in a couple of days:):) So check back soon!

While I am talking about sneakies........I have something very exciting to share in a week or so, I can't wait:)
Okay, tomorrow we are off to Agnes Water for the weekend, I hope the weather stays as beautiful as it is today....can't wait to go to the beach, we haven't been in so long:) Then on Sunday when we get back we have Paity's 2nd birthday party......yay, we love parties and her parents have just bought the jumping castle business so lots of extra fun for all the kids birthdays now:) Speaking of which I better get off here and make a card for her before Cooper gets home from Nanny's and Kobi wakes up.
Have a fantastic weekend,
xo

Fun times:)

My brother had his 30th birthday last week and we celebrated it over at Mum and Dad's with, of course, Cake..........the moment we walked in Cooper asked if he could have cake yet. Man, that boy is crazy about cake:) Oh yeah, look at Cooper's haircut too. We managed to give him one, all over with the clippers (much to his dislike) and now he looks like he's in grade 2...not sure I like it:( It's growing back quick though!
Marc had a party last night and it ended up being a late night for little Kobi. I could not get him to go to sleep. He played and played with the balloons all night, he had so much fun with them. The piccies aren't that great but they are action shots:)
Just some scrappy layouts now:)

I am really into purple at the moment, it isn't a colour I used much of before but I am gradually adding splashes of purple into my layouts now and I like alot. I used some cute little butterflies on here that I got from the Chip Chop shop as well as the usual staples....Prima, Sass, MLBOW and of course loads of paint and misting:)

"Melts My Heart"

I really really like this one, it is just so super duper cute and the colours all came together perfectly for me too (I love it when that happens).

"Play Time"

I hope you like:) I should really get off here, my in-laws are taking us to a farm in the morning to see some piglets and hopefully get to hand feed them too...cute!!

Bye for now xo

Webster's = Love

My love for Webster's Pages is growing more and more:) I have used majority of Lullaby Lane here and more beautiful Prima...I painted the flowers with a blue colour as the pinky colour didn't quite fit with my gorgeous baby boy (here at 4 months old). I don't think Cooper looks much different from this piccie, he has always looked older than what he is.
"The Face of an Angel"

And of course some close ups -
Look at these cute Tim Holtz angel wings:)

Tomorrow, Kobi and I have swimming and then we are off to Rocky to the Toy Sale at Target....because the boys need more toys...lol!!!!
Mwah, thanks for all the love:)

Little Sand Fairy....

I took some pics of Gracie last week in her fairy outfit that I bought her. She has just got a new sandpit so of course the boys and Gracie all had to play in it:) This little girl just loves cars too...it probably helps her Daddy is car mad! I can't believe she will be 1 next month:)

Look at her eyes in this one, aren't they so beautiful, so blue!

Onto another challenge I did for ScrapTheBoys , it was to use stamps. I just received this Kaisercraft music note stamp and couldn't wait to use it. The monkey up the top is also a stamp. I used some Vintage Blossom from the lovely Krissy and also some of the new Oliver embellishments from Basic Grey. A few SweetTierney buttons too:)

"Sweet, Adorable & Cheeky"

I really haven't mastered the art of taking pictures of my layouts but if you saw my pile you would understand why I can't fit them into albums...lol! They are very lumpy and bumpy:)

Scrapbook Creations #80
"Nature's Boy"

Lots of brown in this which is a colour I really shy away from...I just love colour but this is nice for something different and I did add in my usual aqua blue colour:)
How was everyone's weekend? I had a Linen party on the weekend and ended up getting about $120 worth of free linen so that was great! I didn't think I would do that well. Tim and I also watched Dear John.....it was good (Tim wasn't much of a fan - a bit to romantic for him..hehe) but why do all those movies make me cry....I am such a sook:)
Okay, that is about it for today, we are off to play downstairs and get washing off the line.

Always.......

This is a piccie of Cooper and I when he was just a 2 days old. I thought about the title for a while and came up with "Always", I think it pretty much covers everything.....Always my firstborn, Always my baby and Always & forever loved:) I used the new Rouge De Garance paper "Vivaldi", I just love it! Lots of Prima and a little Webster's, GCD Studios and glimmermisting.
And some closeups as usual. I really love all the colour in this and it came together really easily, which is great:)
Thanks for looking xo

Cute Beanies and The Color Room:)

I ordered these beanie hats a little while ago off etsy and they turned up the other day....aren't they so cute:) These 2 are definately cheeky monsters! Coops was playing peek a boo and pulled his hands away at just the right moment and Kobi just had the giggles up from me jumping around being silly so he would laugh:)
As soon as I saw the Color Room palette #14, the colours just matched perfectly with Kobi's little beanie. These colours are right up my ally so had to have a go at this one:) I used up some of the old Sassy paper and some very old chipboard alphas. I used more of Leeann cloud buttons.......I am totally addicted to clouds atm.

"You are all kinds of Cute"

Some closeups
Look at the super cute froggy pin from MLBOW .

I can't wait for this gorgeous, cute range to come out by Prima....a couple of there others look great too but definately a mixture this time:) I haven't seen many flowers though that I really like yet...hmmmm, doesn't sound like me does it! The last range was just amazing.
So what did everyone get up to this weekend? We went up to Rocky for a drive today to have a look at the shops and I ended up putting a new camera lens on lay-by.....Yay, I can't wait to get it. I bought myself a new bag (so cute from Forever New - I heart that shop) and Tim got a new shirt, jeans and thongs. So we had a great day spoiling ourselves when it is normally always about the boys!

That's about it for now. Thanks for visiting me:)

Scrap the Boys.... and lots more going on:)

I thought I would have a go at the challenge over at ScrapTheBoys . I used lots of cutie Sass felties, Leeann's cloud buttons, butterflies (thankyou) and yellow doily, some whimsies and MLSB overlays. I also made my own hot air balloon with some denim, felt, string and material:)

I do love the primary colours in this....kind of looks real kindy-gardenish....which it is only 6 months until Cooper will be starting Kindy....where has the time gone! Anyway, just some closeups too:)

Not much scrapping has been going on here lately (would you believe) but we have been ultra busy doing some fun stuff. I took Cooper to the Dora show last week and also to Toy Story 3 for his first cinema experience.....it was great and he loved it:) Tim and I also went and saw Eclipse on the weekend and I have pretty much finished reading Breaking Dawn (1 chapter to go tonight). Can you believe it only took me just over a week to finish it!! Mel, you will be proud of me:) I was just so hooked and needed to know what happened I couldn't put it down, hence the lack of scrapping last week! In between loving my Zumba, haircuts (or lack of, Cooper refused today so I got one instead), Toy sales, a very demanding 19 month old, a broken camera lens....boo hoo:( and the usual everyday stuff I have been a little busy!

I took these before the lens had an accident, I still have my other one, but I don't use it very often so I guess until I can get a new one it will have to do! Cooper has an old camera of mine which he loves running around with and taking photos, they were sitting up on top of their little bookshelf and Cooper wanted me to take photos of him......how could I resist he rarely asks me to take photos:)

Look at all those chompers, I think Kobi's eye teeth are going to cut soon!

I love the expression on Coop's face here, like he is really trying to take a pic:)
Okay, I best be off now to get some dinner started....

My next blog update I will have a winner of my RAK, so be sure to check back soon:)
